Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your headphones or earbuds in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
